Phosphorus

Phosphorus types are the big-hearted empaths of the homeopathic world. They shine brightly, love deeply, connect instantly… and often crash hard because they feel everything.

They have poor emotional boundaries, absorb other people’s moods, and are easily overstimulated by noise, lights, smells, chemicals and even mould. They’re open, affectionate and bubbly (or shy) but craving closeness. Being alone is uncomfortable; they always want someone near. They’re often described as “magnetic” - adults and children naturally like them.

Phosphorus is a classic Tubercular remedy: lively, sensitive, reactive and full of quick rises and dips. Phosphorus types usually run hot - physically, emotionally and energetically. They warm up fast, inflame easily, and often describe burning sensations through the body.

This remedy brings light back into their system, grounding them and helping restore their spark.
