Refunds Policy

We go to great lengths to ensure your homeopathic medicines are packaged carefully and arrive safely. Occasionally, there are times when homeopathic medicines may be damaged during shipping. If any items arrive damaged, please contact us immediately via email - hello@oliviamcfadyen.com and send your order number and photo of the damaged goods, so we can dispatch new homeopathic medicines to you.

No refunds are available. All sales are final.
